Fees & Enrollment Policies—Maple Academic Centre

Welcome to Maple Academic Centre (MAC Tutoring). To maintain our premium standard of instruction, resource allocation, and small-group focus, we operate on a transparent, upfront billing structure. Please review our complete fee breakdowns, payment terms, and school policies below.

Our programs are structured as comprehensive, highly focused academic cohorts designed around the Alberta Program of Studies.

Monthly Program Fees

  • When you select your student’s math cohort and click "Secure Your Seat," you will pay the First Month of Tuition deposit right away.

  • This covers your student's first full month of scheduled classes completely, student's administrative, setup, physical space allocation, and the professional printing of custom MAC Tutoring workbooks, and math resource materials.

  • Monthly Tuition Protection: Once a monthly automated installment is processed on the 1st of the month, that tuition is considered earned and is non-refundable for that active month of classes. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or tuition credits for individual missed classes.

  • Absolute "Cancel Anytime" Policy: You are never locked into a binding full-semester contract. You can withdraw the student from the program at any point.

  • How to Cancel: To halt all future recurring installments, you must submit a written withdrawal notice via email directly to admin@mactutoring.ca or call our centre at (403) 708-6391.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Your cancellation notice must be received before the 1st day of the upcoming month to successfully stop the next automated charge. If you cancel on or after the 1st, that month's tuition is processed and you will remain enrolled until the end of that active month.

  • All payments are online only via Stripe (debit/credit card or PAD).

  • Ensure your payment method is active for recurring monthly charges.

Important Notes

  • Registration confirms your spot in the program and access to all course materials.

  • Monthly fees cover all classes for that month, including any exam preparation sessions.

  • The Centre reserves the right to update fees and policies; changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct to avoid service interruptions.
